Its good to see drops of rains outside my window somehow it gives me a refreshing feelings. The cool breeze of air that penetrates my skin what a lovely and relaxing weekend for me. If I am happy with what I am seeing now here in my window, I don’t know if others feel the same way too. To people were houses was struck down by the storm Ondoy it could be difficult for them, for those family who live in the sidewalks it could mean uncomfortable and sleepless night. I often see street children sleeping outside the big malls with no blankets and pillows to keep them warm. My heart is bleeding seeing them in that situation.
Street children’s received attention from our aspiring and veterans politicians during election .How lovely to hear those politicians appealing to the nation how eager they are to help and change the situations of our kids in the streets, how they heart desires for reformation and transformation.Wow what a good servant to see., too good to be true. But after the elections what happened to those platforms they have spread out everywhere. Why is it the street children’s count continuously increased. What went wrong? Now , the election is coming closer again all aspiring politicians who want to serve the country start working 24/7 to win the votes of the citizens. They are like a sheep that knocks the vulnerable heart of the 60 percent mass in our country when in fact they are the wolves that devours our freedom and rights. So I pray that we all come out to vote wisely. Its time that we use our rights and privilege to choose the public servant that Walk their talks.
